Send your notice to support@rawcast.org.

4. Our Response

Because RawCast does not host or store transferred content, we cannot remove specific files. However, upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may:

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly reported, you may submit a counter-notification to support@rawcast.org containing:

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

6. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Multiple valid DMCA notices against an account will result in permanent account termination.

7. EU Copyright Directive

As a P2P transfer service that does not host content, RawCast does not fall under the hosting provider obligations of the EU Copyright Directive (2019/790). We cooperate with rights holders through the process described above.
